A very good place located in the very center of the city. Just a short distance from the main attractions and town square. The staff were helpful, offering assistance with our bags and even calling us a taxi.
Although the room was nice, it did seem a bit worn down. The lack of effective blackout curtains made it difficult to sleep with the long summer days.

The staff were super cute and friendly. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely room that was really nice. The location was perfect, just off the main plaza in the old town, great to easily walk to all the attractions. the breakfast selection was excellent and the staff were always ready to help.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the historic old city, right next to the main square and within walking distance from the Helsinki ferry. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with quirky designs and some overlooking a charming inner courtyard. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to choose from.
The hotel can be a bit noisy at night, especially if your room faces the street and there is a popular beer bar across the street.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the old town. I loved being able to explore the pedestrian zone and all the shops and restaurants that were just a stone's throw away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with the option to order hot dishes. the service and amenities provided were top-notch.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Right next to the old town square, walking distance to all major tourist sights, great restaurants nearby. Twin room was huge with a couch, storage space, and a huge bathroom with a private sauna. Fully cooked breakfasts with plenty of choices. Very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Felt like it was our own home, absolutely no complaints at all.
